Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. Location is outstanding - watching distance to all attractions and great restaurants walking distance way.

Розташування готелю було ідеальним, навіть при великому трафіку я не чув жодного шуму. Я дуже добре спав, тому що ліжко було велике та зручне. Персонал був відмінним і організував наші зустрічі та трансфери в аеропорт, що значно полегшило мою поїздку. Ми багато куди ходили пішки від нашого готелю і гуляли навколо озера вночі, що за 5 хвилин пішки від готелю. Сніданок був щедрим, гарно приготовленим та поданим.

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged a fantastic tour to Halong Bay for us, laundry and a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay . Good spread of food options, we loved the fruit and enjoyed the availability of both western and Vietnamese cuisine. Good value for money, great location in Hanoi.

Hotel meraviglioso, sono stato davvero coccolato durante il mio soggiorno. Hanno fatto di tutto per prendersi cura di me. La porta d'ingresso era sempre aperta per me, un garofano rosso fresco in camera ogni giorno, camera pulita ogni giorno. La colazione era ottima, ho adorato la zuppa di pollo. Avevo la camera al 2° piano, molto tranquilla. Letto, lenzuola, cuscini, tutto era perfetto per una notte di riposo rilassante. Sono stato qui per 5 notti e ci ritornerò sicuramente se sarò di nuovo ad Hanoi. La posizione è eccezionale - a distanza percorribile a piedi da tutte le attrazioni e dai migliori ristoranti.

The hotels location was perfect ,even lots of traffic I couldn't hear any noise. I slept very well because the bed so big and comfortable. The staff were excellent and arranged our pick up and drop offs at the airport it made my trip that much easier. We walked to many places from our hotel and we walked around the lake at night which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and prepared and presented nicely.

THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY outstanding staff, good breakfast (has all the nutrients elements of protein, vegetables, fruits and carbs !) Room super clean, big and all the amenities needed. Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. I had a fantastic stay and got an incredible help to organize my tour to cat Ba and Halong Bay I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time in Hanoi

L'hôtel Royal Premium est vraiment un très bon point, très proche des rues principales et des restaurants, et très proche de la vieille ville. On peut aller partout à pied. L'enregistrement est facile et le personnel était agréable et disponible tout le temps. Ils peuvent aussi changer de l'argent si nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était délicieux et très abondant, avec beaucoup de variétés de nourriture. Vous pouvez commander à la carte une omelette ou ce que vous voulez. Tout le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Ils nous ont laissé rester à l'hôtel en attendant le bus qui venait nous chercher. Tout était excellent ! Je reviendrai certainement. Hautement recommandé :)

EL MEJOR HOTEL PARA ALOJARSE personal excepcional, buen desayuno (¡tiene todos los nutrientes: proteínas, verduras, frutas y carbohidratos!) Habitación súper limpia, grande y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Todo fue increíble, comunicación clara y rápida con el personal del hotel. Tuve una estancia fantástica y recibí una ayuda increíble para organizar mi tour a Cat Ba y la Bahía de Halong. Lo recomiendo mucho y definitivamente me alojaré de nuevo la próxima vez en Hanoi.

The Royal Premium hotel is a really good point , very close to the main streets and restaurant and very close to old town. You can go anywhere just walking. Check in easy and the staff was nice and available the all time. They also can change money if you need. Breakfast included was delicious and very abundant, so much varieties of food. You can order from the menu omelet or whatever you like. All the staff vas very kind and helpful. They let us stay in the hotel and wait for the bus that was coming to pick us up. Everything was excellent! I’ll come back for sure. Highly recommended:)

Perfect little hotel to base our family in Hanoi. Right in the thick of the old quarter action so we could walk everywhere, but also a perfect place to come back to to relax and unwind after the hustle and bustle. Staff were super friendly, especially Da who was a a wealth of info and local insights. He knows all the best places to eat. We stayed 1 night an then did a cruise in Cat Ba and returns for another 3 nights. The staff looked after our luggage for us and made all transfers easy and stress free. We stayed in all 3 types of rooms - the ones ending in 1 have front windows, the 2s have no windows and the 3s have windows but don’t have any view until you get above the 4th floor. Daily breakfast was yum and plentifullas well

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and amazing. They messaged us via booking months ahead of time to let us know about tours they could book for us. We did the Ha Long Bay Tour through them and it was great! All of the staff speak good English and greeted us every time we came and left from the hotel. They gave us bottled water every morning even if we didn’t have our room cleaned. The free breakfast is delicious at this hotel, you can get fruit, pho (veggie,chicken,or beef) toast, bacon, eggs, potatoes among other things. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is in the middle of the Old Quarter so you can pretty much walk 10 minutes to any of the major tourist spots. The staff will also give you a map of all the major things to see in the area. The room was very clean and spacious. When we checked out the staff arranged our airport taxi and packed us a breakfast we could take in the taxi since we left early. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are coming to Hanoi.v

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très serviable et formidable. Ils nous ont contactés via Booking des mois à l'avance pour nous informer des excursions qu'ils pouvaient réserver pour nous. Nous avons fait l'excursion dans la baie d'Ha Long avec eux et c'était génial ! Tout le personnel parle bien anglais et nous saluait chaque fois que nous arrivions ou quittions l'hôtel. Ils nous donnaient de l'eau en bouteille chaque matin, même si nous n'avions pas fait nettoyer notre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit est délicieux dans cet hôtel, vous pouvez avoir des fruits, du pho (végétarien, poulet ou bœuf), des toasts, du bacon, des œufs, des pommes de terre, entre autres choses. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est incroyable, il est au milieu du Vieux Quartier donc vous pouvez pratiquement marcher 10 minutes pour atteindre n'importe quel site touristique majeur. Le personnel vous donnera également une carte de tous les principaux points d'intérêt de la région. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Lors de notre départ, le personnel a organisé notre taxi pour l'aéroport et nous a préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter pour le trajet, car nous partions tôt. Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez si vous venez à Hanoï.
