The staff at this hotel are so helpful and amazing. They messaged us via booking months ahead of time to let us know about tours they could book for us. We did the Ha Long Bay Tour through them and it was great! All of the staff speak good English and greeted us every time we came and left from the hotel. They gave us bottled water every morning even if we didn’t have our room cleaned. The free breakfast is delicious at this hotel, you can get fruit, pho (veggie,chicken,or beef) toast, bacon, eggs, potatoes among other things. The location of this hotel is amazing, it is in the middle of the Old Quarter so you can pretty much walk 10 minutes to any of the major tourist spots. The staff will also give you a map of all the major things to see in the area. The room was very clean and spacious. When we checked out the staff arranged our airport taxi and packed us a breakfast we could take in the taxi since we left early. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you are coming to Hanoi.v

Perfecte locatie, het personeel was super behulpzaam en ze lieten ons onze bagage de dag na onze Ha Long Cruise, drie dagen na het uitchecken, achterlaten en zelfs douchen voordat we de nachttrein namen!

Le personnel de cet hôtel est très serviable et formidable. Ils nous ont contactés via Booking des mois à l'avance pour nous informer des excursions qu'ils pouvaient réserver pour nous. Nous avons fait l'excursion dans la baie d'Ha Long avec eux et c'était génial ! Tout le personnel parle bien anglais et nous saluait chaque fois que nous arrivions ou quittions l'hôtel. Ils nous donnaient de l'eau en bouteille chaque matin, même si nous n'avions pas fait nettoyer notre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit est délicieux dans cet hôtel, vous pouvez avoir des fruits, du pho (végétarien, poulet ou bœuf), des toasts, du bacon, des œufs, des pommes de terre, entre autres choses. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est incroyable, il est au milieu du Vieux Quartier donc vous pouvez pratiquement marcher 10 minutes pour atteindre n'importe quel site touristique majeur. Le personnel vous donnera également une carte de tous les principaux points d'intérêt de la région. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Lors de notre départ, le personnel a organisé notre taxi pour l'aéroport et nous a préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter pour le trajet, car nous partions tôt. Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez si vous venez à Hanoï.

I really loved the 4 days that I spent on this hotel! Truly amazing. Excellent breakfast with variety and high quality. All the staff are extremely polite, professional and friendly. Rooms freshly cleans with AC. Thank you all for make my days in Hanoi unforgettable. I hope one day I will visit again because I am sure I will choose you again.

The perfect location, lovely (included) breakfast, and the sweet room with a very comfortable king bed was just the best! But it was the staff that really set the Solaria apart. Very welcoming, friendly and at the same time professional! They seemed to know our wishes ahead of time, and pretty much everyone knew our names from day one. We had arranged for airport pick-up through the hotel, which was flawless even though we arrived at night and over an hour late.

Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester.

Ideal location in the old quarter and great hotel in so many ways. Rooms ok, bed so comfortable, food excellent both at breakfast & evening meals. However, what sets it apart is the staff and the service they provide - it is truly another level.

Peu de temps après la réservation, nous avons reçu un pack de communication utile avec des offres de voyages depuis l'hôtel. Les prix étaient assez raisonnables, nous avons donc réservé un voyage à la baie de Ha Long avant notre arrivée, qui incluait un transfert gratuit depuis l'aéroport. Cela a été très apprécié après un long voyage depuis Manchester.

When we checked in yesterday, they told us about their laundry service with a 12h return time. But with us checking out the next morning, they expedited our laundry and returned our clothes folded within 4h! Faster than I could do at home. After our breakfast this morning, Ling the restaurant hostess asked us our plans (Halong Bay cruise this morning), and immediately insisted we help ourselves to some takeaway food for the long car ride, giving us a food container to fill up. And as we boarded our bus to our cruise, the hotel staff gave us a small gift bag of coffee beans etc to take with us.

The staff in this hotel are the friendliest staff I have met on my travels. They go above and beyond for everything for us. They were so polite and extremely helpful. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Este hotel está justo junto al lago y en el centro de todo. También está en una ubicación en el Casco Antiguo a la que los autobuses turísticos y los shuttles realmente pueden acceder (vimos que a otros huéspedes de tours les tocó bajarse a una o dos cuadras de sus hoteles y caminar debido a las calles estrechas). La habitación era sorprendentemente grande y espaciosa. La cama era muy cómoda. La ducha tenía buena presión de agua. Básicamente, todo sobre el hotel fue excelente.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est le plus amical que j’aie rencontré lors de mes voyages. Ils font toujours tout leur possible pour nous aider. Ils étaient très polis et extrêmement serviables. Les chambres que nous avons eues étaient magnifiques. Le personnel nous a énormément aidés et a même organisé un transport incroyable pour nous ramener à l'aéroport. Ils ont organisé la croisière pour nous à la baie d'Ha Long et, pendant que nous y étions, ont gardé nos bagages supplémentaires que nous ne pouvions pas emmener avec nous. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel.
