Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento unos días antes de la llegada para resolver algunas dudas, pero no obtuvimos respuesta. El día del check-in tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo en la puerta, ya que no había nadie para recibirnos. Tampoco habíamos recibido instrucciones previas y no logramos contactar por teléfono. Una vez dentro, el alojamiento no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Las sábanas se veían antiguas y encontramos pelos en la cama. Pasamos frío durante la estancia, ya que no había calefacción (algo habitual en la isla), pero tampoco se ofrecían mantas adicionales. Además, sólo había dos aseos compartidos para todas las habitaciones, y en varias ocasiones estuvieron ocupados durante largos periodos. Por último, la ubicación no es céntrica ni cercana a puntos de interés.
