The staff was unbelievably kind, professional and helpful. The lady that waited on us for the complimentary breakfast was awesome and patient. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the rooms are absolutely outdated. One of the beds had a handprint on it with like yellowish, reddish tints. It was like a stain or something. we didn’t really put too much thought into it. Just removed it and went about our day. I would choose this hotel again for the future based on the beautiful and amazing staff experience. Thank you all for making us feel at home!

This place had no cable tv working so a blue screen was the only thing you can watch 24/7. The worst part is I've stayed here in the past and the experience was the same horrible but with the tv working.. the worst part was they stole my brand new Macbook pro 16' cable that I left in the room when I checked out. Now I had left and returned immediately the house cleaning people were still in the room and had just started. I knew exactly where the charger was, and it was in the back of the bed connected so a pretty hidden when I went to the room there were three people cleaning it, and the bed was slightly moved, which indicated they had looked behind the bed long story short I never got my cable back and I was out $120 that I had to pay at the Apple Store for a new charger. This time around I was charged three times a security deposit and when I let the front desk know prior to getting my car key, she said she would refund it immediately because they have a new system fast forward to right now as I write this, I have been charged two times the amount of security deposit and some change almost $300 out and when I called the front desk, the lady named candy was no help and all she would say is "I don't know"just dispute it with your bank. I will not be coming here ever again and if you like these things done to you I recommend this hotel for you otherwise stay away from this place. It's terrible.

The service was horrible, the employee could not explain things clearly and was smelling terribly bad and she blocked my credit card, it was very hard to get inside the hotel because they would not let our car in the parking lot (even though we had check in MINUTES before), the laundry was not working, the tv was not working, the room smelled terrible it smelled like feet, the hotel has awful lightning and looks like the hotel from the shining, the breakfast was very small with veryyy limited options and they were all industrialized nothing fresh. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

No cable service - ever! Unbelievable! Not very clean and there was no one at the front desk the next day to buzz open the gate so we could leave. After ringing the front desk for 15 minutes from the gate, we finally called the restaurant and they were able to let us out. This made us very late and we nearly missed my daughter’s SAT start time. Won’t be back!

This hotel has been purchased by new owners, I hope they can do better than the last one. We will not be staying here anymore until they get new on site mangers. We come here 7 times a year and stay for the convenience of surrounding restaurants and gas station.

Horrible, booked for 3 nights. The first night I had no blankets, called front desk multiple times no answer no help. The next day when I can back my room was taken by another person and cleaned out!!!! Soo bad!!

It took a long time check in and to get the key cards to the room. The key cars did not work on the bavk door. The gate to the parking spaces was impossible to open according to the instructions given by the hotel. We waited 3/4 of an hour to get the breakfast, we did not get the food that we ordered and it was almost cold.

The room was very clean but there was no blanket on the bed and it was cold. The TV had no signal, the hairdryer didn't work, the lock on inside of door was broken off and the coffee pot had left over coffee in it. I called the front desk several times and never got an answer and no one called back.
