Some 10 over people congregating near the lift. They were not waiting for the lift. It was very late in the night. Next morning knock our door twice and very noisy. First entering the room, latch was broken.

Noisy otherwise a perfect hotel

It s a perfect place to stay in terms of location. The staff are friendly and provide very good service too. But almost every late night and also around1 am to 3 am people are talking loud along the corridor disturbing the sleep and peace. Cannot understand why those people stay at the corridor talking instead of going down to the lobby. The second night of our stay, a child was crying at around 11pm and then 3 am. We empathised. But then a lady started shouting very loud at the child like nobody s business. I did not have good sleep almost every night because of these noises from inconsiderable people. I hope the management would do something about this. Like advising guests conduct during the night. .

Upon check in the room was not very clean- sugar granules and quite a bit of hair on the desk. Subsequent nights were fine, house keeping did a good job. The air cond was noisy throughout the stay. The breakfast area was very packed especially during 8-8:30am. Recommend to get another coffee machine to cater for all the guests.
