Wonderful staff and a great place to stay when you are in Colmar. The rooms were Spa quality and all air conditioned. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. It was wonderful!

My husband and I stayed a few days during our 20th anniversary trip. We stayed in the top floor suite. It was perfect! The hotel is cozy, clean and very centrally located. The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The bathroom was very updated and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a day of walking! We will definitely stay again on our next trip and we’ll definitely recommend to friends and family! Wonderful stay!

Winner of filthiest remote control award. Curtains aren't wide enough to close. Worn out towels. Thick dust. Shower head never been cleaned. See photos. Fridge smelt very strongly of fish.

Property was very very noisy, particularly at night as cars, party goers, and motorcycles went up and down the street. Room was OK if..... you think a bathtub should be the center of attention. Multiple lights did not work. Toilet closet was in the dark and not big enough to turn around. Most of the staff was polite.

This is a nice boutique hotel in the center of old Colmar, very close to everything. It is smallish and stylish but it is unfortunately not worth 4 stars because of a few small issues that made our 2 nights stay less enjoyable that it should have been. The temperature control did not control anything and the room soon was like an oven. The advice from staff answer: just turn it off.....So much for temperature control Then, one employee or contractor entered the room without even knocking, said he opened the wrong one. Really? How safe is this? Parking is available, yes, but only in the public parking that is close but not that close. Breakfast is OK but charged more that said. All these little things just made it too much when combined

We absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Quatorze. It was truly magical and everything we ever wanted and more. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, making it incredibly easy to explore and enjoy Colmar. The service was 100 out of 100. Chris was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. He made sure our girls were well taken care of and helped coordinate all our transportation. We were a family of five (three adults and two kids) with a lot of luggage, and on our last day he arranged a van to take us to the train station, where we caught the train that took us to the airport. It made our departure completely stress-free. The room was perfectly equipped and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, and the two individual sofa beds were also great, everyone slept very well. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was incredible and worked perfectly, making it the ideal way to relax after a full day of walking around town. The temperature was perfect, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. We truly loved our stay at Hôtel Quatorze, and if we ever return to Colmar, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommend!
