Única coisa que não gostei foi tamanho do quarto e em cima da coifa do restaurante! Muito desagradável o barulho! Me trocaram de quarto mas achei muito ruim ter que chegar cansada e me deparar com esse desagradável barulho. No geral hotel bom mas como tem uma rampa para chegar até portaria eu não achei viável para idoso pois escolhi esse hotel pensando na comodidade de ser central e poder caminhar com minha mãe mas tive que pegar o carro todos os dias pra passear com ela. Se eu soubesse não teria reservado este hotel e sim outro de mais fácil acesso para minha mãe mas hotel é bom!

Falta de recreação para crianças de 3 anos

Hotel é legal quando se trata da experiencia natalina com papai noel para crianças. Porém falta recreação no hotel. Crianças sozinhas na brinquedoteca somente acima de 5 anos, mesmo com recreadores lá, no Brasil todo outros resorts e hoteis aceitam crianças a partir de 3 anos. Portanto pais que querem um momento pelo menos para jantar, não conseguem. Os quartos são velhos e camas e travesseiros ruins. Em nosso quarto uma cama fazia muito barulho ao mexer e acordava o quarto todo. Atendimento e funcionarios tudo muito bom. Café da manhã um pouco fraco em termos de qualidade e demora do que é feito “a la carte”.
