We had a great stay. We were in town for a concert. They accommodated us with luggage storage and early checkin. The room was great with old SF charm. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel location is perfect, proximity to most of the attractions and places that we wanted to visit. The hotel is antique, the room, the breakfast is adequate. The service is great, and they are very helpful when we asked about transportation and showed us on how to safe money to buy them online. We really enjoyed our time and for sure we are going to stay there again in our next trip to San Francisco.

Awesome hotel for price. Free breakfast is a plus. Location is exceptional. Walking distance to Chinatown, Union Square, the piers. They should think about cleaning the windows. Kind of gross! But we will be back.

A rather ordinary old hotel

The hotel left the deepest impression on me was its old elevator. The rooms were small and the sound insulation was poor. Especially, there was no parking space available (the public parking lot costs $60 per night), which made me, a first-time visitor to San Francisco, completely unable to adapt.

Rent rom, komfortabel seng. De reklamerte med continental breakfast inkludert i prisen, men det var ingenting som minnet om det. De hadde en vaffelmaskin som stort sett var tom for røre, epler og toast, alle eggene forsvant i lommene på noen av de andre gjestene. Ikke veldig imponerende når man hele tiden må be personalet om mer av brød, syltetøy, kaffe…. I det hele tatt. De hadde vært bedre stelt om de droppet hele frokostserveringen
