Positivo: equipe muito simpática e prestativa, ótima localização perto do centro histórico, Wi-Fi bom, café da manhã saboroso. Negativo: quarto e banheiro pequenos, banheiro alaga por falta de fechamento completo da área do chuveiro, cafe da manhã poderia ter mais opções, acesso dificil pois nao entra carro na rua do hotel.

Hotellets beliggenhed midt i det gamle kvarter gjorde opholdet perfekt for os. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme med at booke ture for os. Morgenmaden var god, men på et sted 5 min gang fra hotellet, som dog ikke betød det store for os

We stayed 2 nights at Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel after touring North and halong for almost a week. The hotel is very charming, with a touch of authentic Vietnamese style but also modern and full of comfort. As soon as you arrive the staff is very friendly and helpful and they helped us throughout the whole stay provided transportation,tours the airport drop off were smooth and very pleasant. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with biscuit and cool towels. The rooms (our Suite had balcony) were well luxurious with nice amenities.breakfast was good and included The location are very convinient to walking,it near coffee shop and restaurants and near the lake. Thank you for all staffs, especially is Mia and Celina!!!

On top of being in a fantastic location, we found all of the staff to have been so friendly and very attentive to our needs. We stayed 3 nights and the staff got to know all of our names and welcomed us to breakfast and back from our outings by name - this included our 2 kids. Rooms were excellent too! Would definitely return.

The hotel was in a perfect location, a short walk to the lake and the old quarter with its markets, shops, restaurants, street food and night life. From the moment we arrived we were treated with warmth and friendliness. Our room was very comfortable, with little street noise. Breakfasts were well done, including a special treat from the chef each morning.

The hotel is in an ideal position to access local markets and restaurants. The staff go out of their way to anticipate your needs and look after their guests. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of options. Definitely will recommend to others and return again.... someday!

Quite good location but you should know that the car cannot come to the hotel door because it is in a narrow small street. I wish there was a chair with proper height to use with the desk. The breakfast was so so, simple, and it was at a 3 min-walk place outside the hotel. But over all it was a quite pleasant stay.

Notre famille vient juste de revenir d'un voyage de trois semaines au Vietnam et en Chine, où nous avons séjourné à l'Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel à Hanoï et dans quelques grands hôtels de chaîne 5 étoiles en Chine. Sans aucun doute, notre expérience à l'Hanoi Indochine Premium a été la meilleure. Excellente localisation. Assez petit pour que le personnel vous connaisse personnellement dès le premier jour. Service très attentif et chaleureux sans être intrusif. Le meilleur petit-déjeuner de loin parmi tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné.

Dall'accoglienza in aeroporto fino all'arrivo in questo meraviglioso Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel, non possiamo esprimere abbastanza la nostra gratitudine per il calore che la nostra famiglia ha ricevuto da tutto il personale. Nostro figlio era malato, il conducente ha telefonato in anticipo chiedendo allo chef di preparare una ciotola di Pho così da poterla mangiare subito al nostro arrivo. Siamo stati accolti con sorrisi cordiali. Check-in veloce. Letti e cuscini confortevoli, standard di hotel a 5 stelle. Ottima colazione a buffet con buone alternative ogni giorno. Ospiti e personale straordinari, sempre disponibili ad assistere e rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Commendiamo il Direttore dell'Hotel per aver creato un grande team!

Since I travel a lot for work, I've been in many different Hotels around the world and as well in Hanoi. For me Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel is the best Hotel in Hanoi. It's a small, very clean Hotel and the stuff is super friendly and was always helpful. I can 100% recommend this Hotel. I'm looking Forward to meet the Team again during my next Business trip!

Our family just came back from a 3 week trip to Vietnam and China where we stayed at the Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel in Hanoi and a handful of larger chain 5 stars hotels in China. Hands down our experience at the Hanoi Indochine Premium was the best. Great location. Small enough so that the staff knew you personally by the end of the first day. Very attentive and warm service without being intrusive. The best breakfast by far of any hotel I've ever stayed at.

From airport pick up to arrival at this wonderful Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel , we could not express our gratitude for the warmth our family have received from all staffs. Our son was sick, driver called ahead asked chef to cook up a bowl of Pho in advance so he can eat straight away when we arrived. We were greeted with friendly smiles. Fast check in. Beds and pillows are comfortable, 5 stars hotel standard. Great buffet breakfast with good alternative varieties each day. Amazing hosts and staffs, always on deck to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel Manager, commendation for achieving a great team!

We stayed 6 days. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Their english was good. Tour organiser on site. Being a smaller hotel they knew us well in a day. We had a room at the back, so no traffic noise. Very quiet at night. Centrally located. Easy walk to everything in the old quarter. Great breakfast. Very clean. Good wifi. We would definitely stay here again.

Se potessi dare più di 10 stelle alla posizione, lo farei! Era così vicina e facile da raggiungere da qualsiasi punto del quartiere vecchio. Lo staff era molto cordiale, disponibile e accogliente. Mi hanno anche aiutato con informazioni sui tour e la prenotazione di quelli a cui volevo partecipare. Il primo giorno avevo un numero locale, ma non sapevo effettivamente quale fosse per potermi registrare su Grab. La receptionist quel giorno è stata molto disponibile nel cercare di risolvere il problema per me. Mi ha anche dato ottimi suggerimenti su dove andare nella zona per prendere un caffè o mangiare.

Nous sommes restés 6 jours. Le personnel est amical et extrêmement serviable. Leur anglais était bon. Organisateur de visites sur place. Étant un petit hôtel, ils nous connaissaient bien dès le premier jour. Nous avions une chambre à l'arrière, donc pas de bruit de circulation. Très calme la nuit. Bien situé au centre. À quelques minutes de marche de tout dans le vieux quartier. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Très propre. Wi-Fi de bonne qualité. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

If I could give more than 10 stars for the location, I would! It was so close and easy to get to from anywhere around the old quarter. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and warm. They also helped me with information on tours and booking the ones I wanted to go to. On my first day, I had a local number but did not know what the number actually was to be able to register myself on grab. The receptionist on the day was so helpful in trying to work it out for me. she also gave me excellent suggestions to go around the area for coffee and food.

We were a group of 8 people who stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in total. The hotel is located in the old quarter and thus is an excellent location for tourists. We arrived at Hanoi airport around 2 AM and the hotel arranged a vehicle to pick us up from the airport. The staff is friendly and spoke decent English. The breakfast was good. We had an early morning flight and since we had to leave the hotel well before the breakfast timings, Jim arranged packed breakfast for us.
