I've stayed here on two visits to Hanoi now and I've been really happy with the service, the room and the friendliness of the staff on both occasions. The staff all speak English and there's an in-house travel service as well as the wonderful VIT Travel agency just over the road. The shower was properly hot and, importantly, separate from the rest of the bathroom. My room had a balcony and a vast bed. If you want to be in the heart of Old Town Hanoi, this place is perfect.

Mia is the best part about the property. She helped me with all the Ha Long Bay bookings. That help was really needed. Gave us even a room upgrade for free. She is a very cheerful, helping person. Loved the stay more because of her. Great location too.

Me he alojado aquí en dos visitas a Hanói y he estado realmente satisfecho con el servicio, la habitación y la amabilidad del personal en ambas ocasiones. Todo el personal habla inglés y cuentan con un servicio de viajes interno, además de la maravillosa agencia de viajes VIT, que está justo al otro lado de la calle. La ducha estaba realmente caliente y, lo más importante, separada del resto del baño. Mi habitación tenía un balcón y una cama enorme. Si quieres estar en el corazón del casco antiguo de Hanói, este lugar es perfecto.

The hotel is well located in the center of the old quarter and everything is right next to the hotel. It is also very clean and very comfortable and huge double bed with great smell. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The girl in the hotel helped me to book a ninh binh day tour and also a 2d1n Ha long bay tour for a great price ( there was people with me in the tour who paid way more than me)

Upon arrival staff was extremely welcoming, organized and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped in regards to toilettries. Only complaint was that our small window opened on a technical courtyard and had no curtain. There was a constant noise from the courtyard.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen. Das Hotel liegt im Altquartier, im Stadtzentrum. Von dort aus kann man alles erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war fantastisch. Sie haben im Voraus einen Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert, was unsere Ankunft noch einfacher und komfortabler machte. Wir fühlten uns vom Moment an, in dem wir aus dem Taxi stiegen, sehr willkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in the old quarter, the city center. You can reach everything from there. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. They organised an airport shuttle for us in advance, which made our arrival even more easy and comfortable. We felt very welcomed from the moment we step out of the taxi. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
