Quarto limpo e bem equipado. Banheiro necessita uma manutenção em kits de banheiro. Ar condicionado gelando bem, frigobar bom e TV com net. Café da manhã bem fraco, sem opções. O preço mais em conta não justifica pois tem um hotel nas redondezas com mesmo padrão de hospedagem que o preço é sempre similar e o café é infinitamente superior. Estacionamento pago num terreno cercado ao lado do hotel, sem cobertura, 15 reais por dia se não me engano, que ao meu ver deveria ser incluído na diária.

A estrutura externa do Hotel e a recepção são bem simples. Entretanto, a área dos apartamentos é boa, parece ter sido recentemente reformada. O quarto é grande e bem iluminado. Tem um frigobar antigo. A cama é um pouco mole. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, o box é espaçoso e o chuveiro forte. As janelas do quarto e do banheiro são fixas, n abrem e os vidros estavam sujos pelo lado de fora. Quem ficava no 5⁰ andar tinha que ir de elevador até o 4⁰ andar e depois subir um lance de escada. O Hotel fica de frente para o mar (mas somente alguns quartos têm janela frontal). Na época que fui, emanava um cheiro forte de maresia da praia. O café da manha é básico. A cortina no quarto deixar passar bastante claridade. O entorno no Hotel não é muito aprazível. Em resumo, o preço baixo compensa os pontos negativos.

É bem localizado e o quarto espaçoso/confortável, porém, a estrutura já demanda uma manutenção: falta suporte para toalha de mão no banheiro; parte da mobília apresenta afofamento; controle da central do ar com defeito, regulando a temperatura e desligando sozinho; não há lixeira no quarto; frigobar antigo e que demora a gelar; elevador range e balança muito, além de não ter um painel indicativo do andar correspondente. Outro item que pode melhorar é o Café da Manhã; há poucas opções de frutas e frios e isso faz diferença para quen tem restrição alimentar (eu sugeriria acrescentar salada de frutas, inhame, queijos brancos, mais opções de pão integral, etc).

No primeiro dia que estive no hotel sinalizei problema com a luz do banheiro, nada foi feito. O café da manhã deixa muitíssimo a desejar, o barulho no quarto é enlouquecedor e o ponto máximo da estádio: o colchão da cama tinha um declive que acaba com qualquer coluna.
