Best experience ever

It was a great experience for us from the begging. Room was extremely clean and everything was amazing. Rooms have kettle complimentary tea/coffee and water. Breakfast was so delicious and staff was so friendly. I have never had such big private hot tub in a hotel room. Their terrace was amazing for beautiful Cappadocia photos. I would totally recommend the hotel anyone who wants a great experience in Cappadocia.

Wonderful stone room with cool ambient lights. The two guys at the front desk were very helpful. The lady who made breakfast was a pleasure to interact with and the breakfast was good. My balloon operator was able to pick me up at the hotel with no issues.

Recently opened by entrepreneurial owners who run a clean establishment in an easygoing, helpful, friendly way. We are able to arrange transportation etc with them without a huge premiums. Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. Breakfast is served four flights up by a the most welcoming/adorable hostess on a lovely roof terrace. A welcome change from the monotony of chain hotels. Ask for an upper floor room so you can enjoy the great views.

The room was much bigger and nicer than in the pictures. Very clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was really tasty with many choices. The terrace view was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at latona stone palace was excellent, we were so lucky to be at this beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. We loved our stay thanks to Ali, Efe and zeinab for the lovely breakfast. The hotel is in very nice condition with a lovely reception area. Our room was also pleasant, though it's important to note that the standard room category has no window. Unfortunately, the service was a significant letdown. A shampoo container in the shower was broken and fell, which was quite alarming. Despite reporting this to the staff, it was not fixed over our two-day stay. Our room was also not cleaned during this time. The breakfast was average, nothing exceptional. This hotel has good potential, but it needs to seriously improve its responsiveness and basic housekeeping services to match its attractive facilities.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering comfort as well as style. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. The staff, especially Ali, made the experience exceptional with their warmth and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia—it feels like home with a touch of luxury. I stay from 9/24 to 9/26/2025
