This hotel was our favourite one during a 4 week holiday in Vietnam. Exceptional service by all staff. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the breakfasts were next level, definitely the best we have had. You won’t be disappointed we highly recommend 👍👍

The water pressure from shower can be a little stronger. Overall room size and cleanliness is excellent ! Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful… Room size is perfect for a couple with large luggages. Located in the old quarter, we enjoyed walking around. It is safe both day and night but is crowded. Driving would be an issue with heavy traffic. We had spent a good 2 days there.

The location is nice, right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Town. The rooftop is pleasant and the staff working there were friendly. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The front desk staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, and honestly made us feel like we were bothering them whenever we asked something. Housekeeping staff were speaking very loudly from around 7:30 am, which made it difficult to rest. The room was extremely small, had no windows, and felt very poor value for money considering the price of over EUR 160 per night, which is expensive for Hanoi. The general condition of the hotel feels old and poorly maintained. The breakfast room, located at the top of the building, was also old and quite depressing. Overall, the hotel does not justify its price and I would not recommend staying here. A very disappointing experience.
