O custo benefício muito ruim, hotel caro para entregar serviço muito abaixo do razoável. O café da manhã sem reposição, falta de itens, e a foto da toalha de banho disponibilizada fala por si. Na amanhã de domingo o banho estava frio.

No geral, minha experiência foi ruim e não considero que o hotel ofereça um bom custo-benefício. O check-in e o check-out foram extremamente demorados devido à alta ocupação do hotel. No momento do check-out, havia apenas duas pessoas atendendo uma grande fila de hóspedes chegando e saindo, o que gerou bastante desorganização. Outro ponto negativo é que, para uma cidade com clima frio, o hotel não disponibiliza cobertores ou mantas adequadas para aquecer. O único cobertor disponível era um bem fino, guardado no armário, totalmente insuficiente. A área de lazer também deixa a desejar: a piscina não é aquecida, não existe espaço infantil como uma brinquedoteca, e o hotel não oferece sequer a possibilidade de aquecer um alimento no restaurante. Quando pedi, o garçom informou que tem ordens para não realizar esse tipo de atendimento aos hóspedes. As condições gerais do quarto são apenas razoáveis para o valor cobrado. Faltava até o plug da tomada ao lado da cama e, no geral, as instalações aparentam necessitar de uma reforma urgente. O único ponto realmente positivo foi o café da manhã: bastante variado, com estação de omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. Mesmo com o hotel lotado, a equipe conseguiu atender bem a todos.

Frestas nos 4 lados da porta entrava luz e todo barulho do corredor e cortinas que não iam até o final, entrando luz Mas o PIOR foi o sistema de estacionamento. TERRÍVEL. Demorado, nunca funcionou o ticket validado para sair na cancela. Nunca tinha alguém para pegar o carro, não achavam a chave. DEMORADO. Quando buzinava para abrirem debochavam e faziam dancinha. Não volto nunca mais neste hotel e desrrecomendarei para toda minha rede.

A experiência de hospedagem foi muito boa. Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados: 1) Wi-Fi precário, sinal instável e quando conectava era muito lento. Usei meus dados durante toda a estadia. 2) O quarto precisa de mais lâmpadas, iluminação mal distribuída. O restante dos itens do hotel superaram positivamente as expectativas.
