Hotel is beautiful and historic. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Hotel staff went out of their way to help and were kind. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in the suite and it was wonderful! The sunroom in the middle of the suite as you walk in is stunning, and it’s right next to the Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista. It was also walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. However, there is no dedicated parking or elevator in the hotel so that may be something to keep in mind while staying upstairs in the suites. Regardless, this hotel is beautiful and I recommend staying here!

Hotel is conveniently located in a good area. I would say it’s not made for big and tall people. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bad part was the water temperature in the shower. It was either cold or super hot that can easily burn your skin.

If you like the vibe old san juan and renaissance, this is hotel for you, walkable to all the restaurants and bars, would not recommend renting a car because parking in old san juan is difficult. Quiet and clean hotel. The AC is strong as well, good for summer.

This was such a quaint, adorable, cozy and romantic spot in old San Juan! We absolutely loved our stay, it was quiet, incredibly comfortable and the rooftop terrace could not have been cuter!!!
