The room and front desk staff were wonderful. We stayed there on New Years Eve, unaware of the crazy history the Netherlands has with fire works and this night (seriously, you should look it up), but they had ear plugs ready for us. My only complaint was that the bed was quite hard, but I think that is just a European thing. (Spoiled American.) The bathroom was super nice, and the inside is very tastefully done. The outside of the building looks a little worse for wear, but you'd never know once you get inside. Just be aware that there is no shuttle to get you to the airport. They suggest taking a Taxi or Uber, but the train station is only a 10 minute walk and it's just one stop away from Schipol. They also have busses that will take you there as well for a typical public transportation cost.

I needed a glass of milk after a very long day, Mia at the front desk said no problem and got it for me right away. Check in was quick and we were in our room within minutes Dining options are limited but you can order in. The room was nice, bed, so so. There is a option for pillows in the room and about 4 English speaking channels. We have stayed here twice and both times were very nice

Nice and clean hotel, super friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, I just wished they had options for vegan people, but a lady in charge helped us make a plate for my vegan son. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the train station, a lot of construction around the area though. We liked it, and we would stay again
