It’s a small gated community that’s still undergoing construction. However, some of the finished amenities are really nice. For example, the swimming pool. Which is big and pretty dramatic. Also, the two best features of Casa Nima are the Onsite Hosts/Managers. Oliver and Pedro. They’re super professional, efficient, have positive attitudes … plus, they have really good people skills.

Nos encantó la propiedad, fue exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Muy cómodo y familiar el ambiente, tanto la alberca como el chapoteadero estaban climatizadas. Todas las áreas comunes son muy lindas. Recomiendo ampliamente Casa Nina y sin duda volveremos muy pronto. Pedro nos recibió y estuvo siempre pendiente de que nada nos hiciera falta, muy atento y amable. Excelente opción si viajas con niños pequeños.
