トリプルで予約したところ、エキストラベッドではなくて本当にトリプルの部屋で感動しました。 作りは少し昔の印象もありますが清潔で広さも充分でした。 朝食のビュッフェは種類が多く、ご当地メニューもあって、どれを食べても美味しかったです。 またぜひ利用したいです。

駅からのアクセスもよく非常に良いホテルです。夜間、ベッドのシーツに飲み物をこぼしてしまったのですが、フロントの方が快く対応してくださった上、翌朝にもお声をかけていただきました。朝食も大変美味しかったです。おかげさまで快適に過ごすことが出来ました。機会があればまた宿泊したく思います。

万博に行くのに利用しましたが各階に製氷機があり、キンキンに冷えた氷水を水筒に詰める事が出来たので暑さを凌ぐのに大変役立ちました。 防音もしっかりしており、外部の音が気になると言う事もなくゆっくりと休む事が出来ました。 大阪城やNHKと徒歩圏内という事もあって近隣に食事処も多く、旅の目的の一つだった本場のお好み焼きを堪能する事が出来ました。

Osaka, un hôtel correct et un accueil très bof...

Hôtel bien placé à Osaka. Propre et moderne. Le gros bémol est l'accueil. Que la majorité des japonais ne parlent pas anglais, soit. Mais qu'aucun membre du personnel de l'hôtel ne soit capable de sortir un mot en anglais, injustifiable. Par ailleurs, un matin on a demandé à prendre un café. Ça a été non dans discussion, faute d'avoir à prendre tout un petit déjeuner. Donc sentiment très mitigé sur cet hôtel.

谷町四丁目站1a出口有電梯上來5分鐘會到，1b出口2分鐘左右到（出口旁就有便利商店很方便）.步行到大阪城外圍處約5分鐘.飯店設施乾淨方便（備品有牙刷牙膏、卸妝油、洗面乳、刮鬍刀、梳子、化妝棉、棉花棒），也能提前寄放行李（這點給旅行者帶來很大的便利），飯店服務人員態度也蠻好的（我都用翻譯軟體溝通）
