O preço é um dos mais baixos da região então não espere luxo. Mas é excelente em relação as praias proximas, fast food e supermercados. Equipe simpatica. Não há limpeza do quarto. Adorei os gatinhos. Ar condicionado e ventilador.

A equipe é muito simpatica e me deixaram fazer early check in e late check out. O quarto é simples mas tem ventilador e ar condicionado. O quarto no andar terreo é meio barulhento. Faltou agua no segundo dia, o que foi meio incomodo, mas nos outros dias foi ok. O hotel nao tem ratos nem baratas pois tem uns lindos e adoraveis gatinhos . Depois descobri q tem um lugar pra comer, pena que nao experimentei. Tambem não experimentei a piscina pois trm praias maravilhosas na volta

Room was sorry with blood stains on toilet vase. 2 power ports damaged, one sticking out and dangerous to be used. Toilet paper holder broken. Ceramic soap holder in shower broken and sharp… if not careful enough while showering, we could have easily cut our hands. Light switch in bathroom broken. Shower curtain holder tighted up with a rusty nail which was in propose twisted in order to work. We asked for clean towels, no one brought them. We had to go next morning to ask for clean towels. We could not stay more than 2 nights. First night we arrived very tired and late so we overlooked these horrible conditions but next day it was new year eve and we left all night, however, next morning we found a better place and left. We made a claim through hotels.com but until now, we have not heard anything for possible refund. I don’t know how you guys allow this place to be published under hotels.com

The place was absolutely underwhelming. You get what you pay for. The property is outdated, but I can tell it has potential if they actual renovate. I left immediately once I saw the actual property didn’t necessarily match the photos. The staff was nice and understanding that I wasn’t comfortable with staying. It didn’t necessarily feel safe. Also, there was no wifi and I needed it as I work remotely.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing — some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their guests. The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, the staff alone make this hotel worth coming back to. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nassau.

Rice on bed and smelled like mold. Moved to second room. Was slightly better but food in open take away container was on the porch. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. Staff were nice.
