Nossa estadia foi ótima. O apartamento é grande, espaço, ventilado. A recepção é cordial. Só a limpeza que precisa melhorar, tinha muitas baratinhas no apartamento, e a limpeza do banheiro tbm não estava boa, também tinham aquelas mosquinhas pequenas.

A estadia foi ótima. O prédio parece novo, as instalações são boas e é bem localizado, iamos à praia andando. O bairro é bem tranquilo e fazíamos quase td andando. Só tem as desvantagens de não ser um hotel (sem limpeza do quarto e café da manha), mas embaixo do prédio tem um café da manhã pago que é bem bom e achamos vantajoso.

O flat é bom porém pequeno, bem localizado, com estacionamento dentro do prédio seguro, pessoal da recepção e da like home são ótimos, recomendo se for mais barato que um hotel comum, se estiver no preço de um hotel 2 ou mais estrelas vai de hotel pois a todo um suporte de limpeza e alimentação (café da manhã)no hotel que no flat ficará a sua responsabilidade, faço o seguinte balanço é positivo a depender do preço, o prédio era ótimo com uma acadêmia bem equipada
