Quando chegamos ao hotel, as recepcionistas nos olharam e perguntaram "posso ajudar?", como se não estivessemos com malas chegando para um check in. Tivemos um atraso no nosso voo, perdendo a primeira diária. Tentei contato por whatsapp inumeras vezes para avisar e nenhuma recepcionista me respondeu. Na hora de fazer o check in no hotel, falaram que por conta do no show minha reserva tinha sido cancelada, pois não avisamos. Falei que eu tinha enviado mensagem no whatsapp e tive que mandar outra mensagem para ela conseguir me encontrar. Foi desrespeitoso. Localização: 2 minutos do metro da linha L, muito tranquilo de se locomover por ali; Acomodação: quarto espaçoso, super confortável. Para nós brasileiros acostumados com limpeza extrema, o chão não via um pano há muito tempo (nem sei se já viu), então ele era melado e MUITO sujo, mas o quarto bem organizado. A limpeza superficial dos Estados Unidos; eles também tem um bebedouro e máquina de café que super ajudaram na estadia! Atendimento: como já falei, acredito que possam melhorar no atendimento, olhar com mais atenção. Parecia que eu estava atrapalhando elas. No geral: 9/10 - ficaria novamente pelo custo benefício maravilhoso, próximo ao metro, quarto bom, apenas o atendimento e limpeza deixam a desejar, mas não atrapalham na estadia.

My experience is consistent with other negative reviews I am reading. I’ve never had a Loft room in a basement - that’s a first. But having a hotel room that’s labeled as a fancy “loft” being in the basement was not the worst part of the stay. The cigarette smell inside the hotel, the barking dog at night in an adjacent room, and the extreme smell of cheap room deodorizer made this stay very unpleasant. It smelled so badly that it gave me a headache - that’s a first, too. They are trying hard to be a nice hotel, but seem to fall short at so many ends. I will not return.

The bed was caved in so we didn't get a good night's sleep. I almost fell off the toilet seat which was disconnected on one side and was too small for the toilet. The water took fifteen minutes to reach lukewarm. The outlet on the lamp by the bed didn't work.

We arrived 3 hours before hotel check in, and were told we could check in early for $80. We looked at each other and decided absolutely not, and were told “I can do $60.” We still declined. We left and came back still 30 minutes before check in and got in without a fee. The room was ok. The shower had pink mold in it, while the shower was running it sounded like a jackhammer was coming through the wall. They must have recently hung the towel holder in the bathroom, the dark pencil line was still visible across the entire wall, and you could see through the seam of the glass wall and where the drywall met from the bathroom. The TV worked for only 30ish minutes at a time. At the end of the day, it was ok to have somewhere to sleep, and shower. But expect the absolutely basics here.

Staff was great and location worked for the need. The bed was the worst part - the mattress was both hard and soft at the same time while also having a broken frame. The bed dipped in the middle so both my husband and I kept rolling towards each other in the middle of the night. It was too late to try to get another room and we were only there for one night.

Otimo hotel com bom custo beneficio para se hospedar no Brooklin em NY. O hotel possui boas acomodações, com excessão da cama que achamos MUITO mole. A localizacao é ótima e está a uma quadra da estação de metrô. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Une impression étrange : hôtel récent proposant une infrastructure moderne, mais en même temps un goût d'inachevé. Métro très proche pour aller à NY en 15 minutes. Pas de petit déjeuner, mais plusieurs options intéressantes autour. De même pour les restaurants. Et bonus : pommeau de douche (très rare aux USA).
