Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The check-in was the worst part; it is only available starting at 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and there was no one to assist us. I sent them messages on WhatsApp and Hotels.com, and it took a very long time for them to reply. No prior instructions were given on how to access the room—this only happened after I provided a credit card deposit and filled out an external form, which is prohibited by Hotels.com.
Detail: eight days after check-out, I still have not received the refund of that amount. I contacted them again on WhatsApp and they said the time frame for this to be processed is 14 business days (!) and asked me to contact my bank.
The staff is not helpful; it was very common to see them on their phones or talking to each other without paying any attention to the guests. On some days, there was loud conversation and laughter in the courtyard before 7:00 a.m.
This stay made me rethink whether it is really worth staying in apartments instead of hotels—saving money is simply not worth it.
