Nice hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. Location good and many things were walkable or a stroll to the local station. Rooms were a bit warm even when we turned Aircon down to 18. Have read on other reviews about the amazing breakfast but to be honest it was not our favourite. Lots of choice but some weird concoctions on the buffet table. We had breakfast included @ €25 each and it was not worth that much. Our friends did not have it and there were lots of places nearby. I think we would have given it 5 stars if the options at breakfast hadn’t been so unusual

This is lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, it doesn't even have a sign to say it's a hotel, so fits in well in a quiet residential street. Very comfortable, well appointed and clean room. Staff are all lovely and helpful, excellent transport links nearby. The hotel is in a historical and vibrant area, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It's a great place to stay to explore Mitte and Berlin as a whole, will definitely return.

Large comfortable room; coffee machine and a mini bar. It’s in a good location. Five to seven minutes to public transport. Right in Mitte so the main attractions are close, walkable even. Breakfast buffet is a notch above the usual with very attentive service

The staff was so friendly at this hotel! They really did go above and beyond. Though we did elect breakfast at the time of booking it was very easy to opt in on days when we were running late and it was a very good deal for the price. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and nice. Good and quiet area too not too far from some great bars and restaurants. I would certainly stay there again!

great hotel for the Berlin Marathon

Located at mile 8 of the Berlin Marathon. The staff was amazing and so nice. Great room that was clean with a comfy bed. Quiet room. With the windows closed we didn't hear any street noise. Easy to walk to the start line and any subway stops. Would stay here again. Oh and I forgot my water bottle when we checked out and the front desk guy ran a block to give it back to me. So nice!

Comfortable Stay

Lovely hotel with a bit of a retro feel. The bed was really comfy. Bathroom was stunning with a walk in shower. A few little things on arrival like a flickering light bulb, a locked safe and an automatic sink plug that wouldn’t drain. We had a quick response on all these things. Sink plug was prised up but remained unusable. We loved Berlin and this hotel was ideally placed with many restaurants on our doorstep. We would recommend the Salamat Lebanese just around the corner.
