O Hyde Park é um edifício maravilhoso, com uma vista espetacular para o mar de João Pessoa. No entanto, por ser um prédio novo, apresenta problemas significativos: 1) Infraestrutura elétrica: Todos os dias, sem exceção, ocorrem quedas de energia no horário de pico, especialmente no início da noite. 2) Wi-Fi: O sinal disponibilizado na rede de visitantes é muito fraco, dificultando conexões simultâneas e inviabilizando o trabalho em regime de home office.
