Ok if you need a comfortable bed by the airport

Location is great, from the entrance looks impressive. Rooms are spacious and were the main reason to select this hotel. Bathroom was fairly maintained, with a lose tile near the toilet. The floor was cover with dust, who knows when was the last time the floor was truly cleaned. The food and wine quality served at the restaurant were by far improvable.

Not really good value for money, you pay (a lot) for location, which is its redeeming feature. The hotel is average for this type of hotel, facilities could be better. Coffee/tea in room? Well a kettle and coffee maker, and some decaf, no milk, sugar or spoons, no tea or regular coffee. A/c controls are hard to read. No fridge or minibar. Staff in cheap, ill fitting uniforms.

A nice hotel, with super convenient location in Terminal 2. Perfect for us with an Aeromexico flight the next morning. Lovely lobby. Nice room, and quiet. Ate at the restaurant there, food was ok, nothing special but not bad. Those looking for a place to stay before catching a flight in Terminal 2 should give this place a look, it was really convenient

Best option for layover T2 at MEX

My flight was cancelled and I was easily able to book a room at the last minute. This was my 3rd stay during this particular trip. In my opinion, if you can afford it, it's the best option for a long layover at the airport in Mexico city.

I didn’t gave them full stars just because the check in was extremely slow. We have our reservation paid and told them we will be arriving pass midnight because our flight got delay, they did not have our room available and took a while to find us a room. Everything else was on great.

Waisted time !

The hotel itself is very nice, and the food at the Italian restaurant was truly top-notch. However, I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation and showing it to the concierge, I had to wait two and a half hours to get my room. I had specifically booked it because I had a nine-hour layover, but due to the delay and needing to leave for an international flight 2.5 hours before departure, I barely got to use the room at all. The front desk staff was unhelpful and disorganized, which made the situation even more frustrating. It's unfortunate because while the accommodations and dining were excellent, the service left a lot to be desired.

As a loyal customer with Expedia, I had never experienced something wrong with my bookings. Every time, the check in process was very smooth until this time. The person in the counter just check the mail from my phone and without checking his computer said that the booking was not available. That, I was free to cancel or do wherever worked for me with Expedia but it has nothing to do there at their property. I proceeded to explain that I got the email confirmation and paid in advance. He left me there for 10 minutes standing just to come back and without an apology just throwing at me the key and the little paper that contained the WiFi information. I proceed to book this hotel because a) I was flying for more than 13 hours and barely able to sleep 2) because of the convenience that this hotel was located in T2. I don’t visualize myself stopping at this hotel again, but they should work on their empathy and kindness. And an advices for the front desk staff, if you don’t like to work with people, if you lack in customer service skills, you should be able to trade areas then. Don’t work on an area where you feel miserable and made the customer feel like a burden or charity. We, as customers paid good money just for a night in this hotel…be mindful!.

Buena estancia. Mejorar areas de fumar seguras.

El area de fumar esta al aire libre y llueve mucho. Una proteccion de la lluvia para las areas seguras para fumar, seria muy conveniente. Cuando llueve se complica y hasta permiten el acceso a areas de no fumar. Mejor poner proteccion de la lluvia, donde se fuma.
