The hotel is clean and comfortable, convenient located within walking distance of GNP stadium. They offer a free airport shuttle which is great as well, the only downside is that is located on a very busy avenue and it’s pretty loud, if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs

A beautiful and clean place!

We booked this hotel for one night only. Our flight departure was for the next day. Wonderful place to stay. We recommend this place. Just make sure to ask for a room not close to the Main Street due to the traffic noise.

Loud hotel

Hotel is well located for the stadium. Rooms are very loud because of traffic and noise from the corridors and parking garage at hotel. Hotel Reception Team only speak Spanish, some staff in restaurant do speak a little English. Shuttle service from airport is vert limited, only 6 space every half an hour.

Great stay close to the airport.

Had a last minute flight change. So I would have to unexpectedly be in Mexico city for 13hrs instead of 4. I booked this hotel and it was a great price and had airport transport which made the flight situation less stressful. Professional and courteous! Will definitely book again when im in Mexico city

Lousy hygiene conditions

There were not only one, but three bugs in my room when I first arrived in. That alone should be a good reason to give this lousy hotel one star only.

The hotel was nice, room was spacious and had what I needed. However, the hotel is in the corner of two main streets, and there is a lot of noice from cars and motorcicles, it was very hard to get some sleep. Also, the shower floor was loose and unsafe.

We were only at the Grand Prix Mexico City Airport for 1 night but it was a good experience. Especially considering the high price of hotels now, this place was a good price and a great place to stay! It was easy to connect to the airort shiuttle and it was very timely. It took about 20 minutes to get from the arport to the hotel but only 8 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport the next morning. The check in was fast and easy. The hotel is lovely and CLEAN. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was vice, great shower, plenty of hot water, plenty of counter space. The design of the rooms is different in that though the toilet has a door that closes, the shower area is open to the rest of the room. It woked fine because it was me and my husband, but I couldn't share a room there with a friend or co-worker because there is no private place to undress, dress, or get in and out of the shower. BUT, for me and my husband, it worked totally fine and we would stay there again. It really is a very nice place.

Favor in extra traffic time

Although the hotel was a little further than expected and we had to wait about 20 mins for pick up, the hotel was worth the wait. Super comfortable and no nonsense. It had everything we needed. Do not forget to reserve your shuttle return to the airport. If you decide to venture into the city, count in traffic both ways, especially if there is an event near by.

Run!! I mean Run

I went to a one week trip to the Caribbean. I had no phone or internet. Had to stay on Mexico City overnight on my way back to the United States. I choose this hotel because they advertise it as a pay later at the front desk. I had my credit card information stoled in the past. So I planned to pay cash. They tried to charge my card without my permission. The bank immediately blocked the transaction. To make the story short, they cancelled my reservation. I had no clue because I had no internet connection, just a print out page with a confirmation number. So I got stranded with no hotel room, late in the night, they treated me really bad and they even denied a shuttle ride back to the airport!! I never have been treated so bad like at this hotel.
