An outdated accommodation near the beach.

Copacabana beach is just 300 away and around are many shops. The hotel itself is very outdated. Rooms looks like a 80s swimming pool (including the glare lights). Breakfast uninspired. Friendly staff at reception.

Terrible hotel labeled as 3 star

Stayed 4 nights to watch Carnival. Location is good (only good thing for the stay). Hotel conditions are terrible. Labeled as 3 star hotel, but don't think it is better than any 1 or 2 star motels (in terms of US or Europe standard). Bath towels are dirt, suppose to be white but what we see is dirt yellow colors, looks like 20 years old towels even ripped off. Some staff are helpful, some not. I will not come back again.

O hotel em si é bem antigo, mas o que surpreendeu um pouco foi a falta de segurança com os hóspedes, por volta da 0:00 cheguei com minha esposa e um hóspede que não era brasileiro, possivelmente argentino, que estava na recepção estava sendo seguido por um cara bebado e quando entramos no elevador o cara subiu junto conosco (eu, minha esposa, o hóspede e o cara seguindo) o hóspede desceu no meu andar para dispersar o rapaz e depois eu subi com ele até o seu quarto!! Isso que o rapaz da recepção viu que ele estava seguindo, viu ele entrando no elevador e limitou-se a pedir desculpas!! Um absurdo completo…

De todos funcionários que me atenderam, apenas a moça que rstava de treinamento foi o atendimento diferenciado! Me pequei em não pegar o nome dela mas foi literalmente a única que tinha um atendimento do esperado ao melhor. O hotel literalmente só começa o check-in às14horas, tudo bem já que é o normal mas deixar uma única pessoa fazendo é descaso. Fiquei mais de 30 min para conseguir pegar a chave acredite, estava bem antes para conseguir. Além de muita confusão chegou um outro funcionário que mais atrapalhou do que ajudou! Grosso com alguns outros hóspedes ao meu redor e me incomodou muito a forma de tratamento. No meu quarto só havia um travesseiro , mesmo sendo de casal para duas pessoas. De imediato pedi a camareira que nunca mais voltou! Pedi na recepção e nem atenção me deram. Fiz pedido de dois quartos mas não tive sucssso no quarto de meus pais que mesmo a reserva sendo cama de casal, foram colocados no quarto triplo de solteiros. Nem nenhum apoio de funcionarios , ainda pra piorar a água do chuveiro era fraca e destinada alguns guichos de água. Café simples mas atende. O bom que o hotel é bem localizado, mas confesso que seria minha ultima opção por não ter outra em Copacabana. Precisam melhorar o básico que é atendimento! Isso já mudaria muito o conceito e faz os demais pontos ficarem mais ocultos.
