We just stayed one night at this hotel and everything was perfect. The room was spacious,and clean and offered everything we needed: tea/coffee, free minibar, wifi, slippers, toiletries and even chocolate with a nice little welcome message. The decor was beautiful. The staff was amazingly welcoming and professional - not just one person, but ALL of them - this really made the stay something special. The breakfast was very nice - varied and fresh. Quick service. The location is great - right in the middle of everything, yet nice and quiet. There are restaurants close to the hotel, but most are rather touristy, so we went to the Brera-area close by. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it deserves another star because of the high quality and service.

This is a wonderful oasis. From the great front-desk attendant, Luca, to the welcome prosecco. Room is quiet despite being in the center of Milano. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space, stocked cold drinks in the mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.
