Recommend delicious breakfast!

High class building and services. Good location as near Iwaki station, museum and restaurant area, but quiet at night. The breakfast has western and japanese style that we can make own seafood rice bowl, Donburi! Also, they provided some ethnic Fukushima food. I recommend it!

Rooms smoky and musty

The hotel is very nice until you get to the rooms. Rooms were smaller then the other hotels we stayed at. We were asked if we smoked and said no. They put us in a nonsmoking room. Clearly it was a previous smoking room. Very smoky and yellowed. Extremely musty!

We booked three non-smoking rooms, but all rooms had a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which caused physical discomfort and allergic reactions for one of the guests. In addition, the rooms were generally dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. We immediately contacted the hotel and asked for an alternative non-smoking room. The only option offered was a paid upgrade, which we declined, as the issue was not caused by us. We were also allowed to check rooms on other floors, but the smell of smoke was present there as well. Because the rooms did not match the description and the issue could not be resolved, we had to check out early for health reasons. To the hotel’s credit, we were refunded for the last night, which we appreciate. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel, especially to guests who require genuinely non-smoking and clean rooms.

朝食は良い。

部屋の水回りが少し生乾きの匂いがしていた以外は、ごく普通のビジネスホテル。 hotel.comで検索した際、トップページにハワイアンズの写真があることに違和感。遠い上に、写真に「スパ」としか書かれていないので、関連があると思ってしまう。朝食は海鮮丼含めて満足できるものでした。
