The AC didn’t work. Nobody told us anything about it, so when we arrived at the room at 10PM, the room was really hot. I tried to turn the AC on, but was impossible. I had to try it in all positions, because the screen of the AC thermostat was broken too. After been for more of 40 minutes trying to make it work, I gave up and opened al the windows. I couldn’t sleep until 3 o’clock that the wind changed. The noise was too high at the street. Plus, the bathroom light was always on. The switch was broken too, and was not possible to turn the light off. The point is that the room was given to me without any previous supervision. If not, it is impossible to understand that a room has so many problems at the same time.

Very friendly & helpful staff members. Amazingly quiet for such a busy road. Comfortable beds - mattress high quality. The bathroom could be made safer by having more of an angle on the tiling to drain the water directly into the drain rather than around the bathroom. Very clean in all areas. Thank you.
