Great stay. It’s on the outskirts of the city so very quiet and it has very close links to boat bus and people mover so you can be in the centre of Venice in 20-30 mins. Food in the hotel is basic, including breakfast so recommend eating out for dinners. Waffles at breakfast are great but always a huge line for them so wake up early for breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel in general. Would stay here again

Nice new hotel in Venice. Rooms and bathroom beautiful. Car parking was overly priced at 29 euro a night. The breakfast buffet area small when hotel busy in july. The breakfast was crowded both days i went. The breakfast spread was good for a Hampton Hilton Hotel. Water taxi close to hotel which was great and for 9 euro got u to San Marco.

If you are coming in Venezia by car this is excellent place, directly reachable by car, has garage, and public transport (vaporetto) station is less than 100m far away. Hotel is big new, spotless clean. Rooms are not so spacious but big enough. Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially when compared to awful breakfast in Hampton by Hilton New Orleans where we have been few months ago
