出張時に利用した。駅からは少し離れているが、周囲に飲食店なとが豊富という点では便利。 大浴場付きでなのが気に入って、出張時にはよく利用している。 館内は清潔で、朝食も種類豊富で美味しかった。オススメです。

宿泊は問題ないが、駐車場のオペレーションには注意。

宿泊自体は 問題なし。 レンタカーが軽自動車のハイルーフだったが、駐車場として、チェックイン時に 駐車料金を払って止められても、外出して戻ってきたら 満車と言われてしまった。 近隣の駐車場を案内してもらったが、そこは朝８時まで出庫できないとのこと。 今回は 翌日の予定のやりくりで 何とかなったが、レンタカーのタイプまでは 借り出しまで選べないので、最初に確保できたら、チェックアウトするまでの駐車料金は 払っているわけなので、その車庫は確保したままにしてほしい。 (ちなみに、過去、近隣のアートホテル大分では、そのような対応だったので、今回、このホテルでも同じと思ってました。)

大分駅の改札から徒歩15半弱（アーケードがあるので雨の日は行きやすい）ホテルの周囲には居酒屋やコンビニもあります。ホテルの上階には温泉がありゆったりできます。アメニティも最低限あり冷蔵庫の中に冷たく冷えたコップがあるのはとても良いと思いました。たまたまかもですが私の部屋の枕がとても整髪剤の臭いがして（臭いは枕カバーではなくおそらく本体に染み込んでいる感じ）枕は使用しませんでした。エアコンの効きも良好で空気清浄機は常備されてません。スタッフの対応は◎

大学の校友会参加で利用しました。3月に大阪での病院診察の際に利用した際も、いろいろな無理を含めてリクエストに応えてもらっていましたので、違うお店とはいえなんとなく懐かしく、チェックインの際にフロントで「ただいま」と声をかけてしまいそうな気分でした。今回はチェックアウト後に部屋に私自身の会員カードを置き忘れてしまいましたが、私の求めに応えてくれて、カードを見つけてくれ郵送で住所に送ってくれました。
