酒店在阿诺河边，装修复古风格，有个花园可以眺望阿诺河，露天泳池冬天关闭。房间提供拖鞋和洗漱用品。早餐味道不错。前台服务热情，给了我们帮助。有免费车库供停车。位置离景区较远，附近没有超市药店。

Really disappointed

We stay two night in Mulino and I mentioned to the hotel that this was our pre wedding in advanced! We still need to pay extra for room upgraded. Unfortunately , in the next day when I was checking something with receptionist that I just heard they gave another check in group for FREE upgrade!! That really made me sad and disappointed !! Also can't take shower at the first night .

Great room with a lovely view. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, as was the service in all areas of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The features in the hotel which showed aspects of its past and the location by the river and weir were ideal. Lovely pool area with towels provided too. We had to wait a while to check in though as there was only one person on the desk and the couple in front had a problem which needed to be resolved.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast and service was excellent! Very helpful with taxi services and shuttle accomodations! We also needed guidance with transportation at the train station and staff provided all the useful tips which prepared us for our first train experience in Italy! I felt intimidated with the train travel planning but staff was very knowledgeable!

Fantastic hotel with great services. Utilized the pool, the laundry service, the lobby bar, the safe underground parking. Reception is great. They speak fantastic English and help guide you through your trip into the city of Florence if you’re driving.

This hotel is situated on a beautiful plot of land next to the Arno river, with a picturesque courtyard, excellent amenities, and extremely professional and helpful staff. Getting here is a little tricky as it is a little out of the way, so it is probably easiest to take a taxi if arriving from the train station. The hotel does offer a shuttle service at times throughout the day that picks up and drops off about a 15-20 minute walk from the action of downtown Florence, which is easier than taking the bus. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast provided were all excellent. There is an "optional" service charge at the end of the stay, which seemed fair given how helpful the staff was in arranging transportation, spa service, and servicing the room. If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the spa! We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful spot on the Arno River

Loved the space by the spa as it was easy to find a free sofa to read, relax and grab a glass of wine. The massage was excellent. Shuttle was very convenient. Marco our waiter at dinner was an A++++. He suggested many tips regarding the menu, wines, Florence. Our favorite person of the entire 2 week trip

The property and staff were incredible! The only dislike was the drinks at the bar were VERY expensive. Otherwise a great experience, delicious food and fantastic staff. I sent the staff several questions before our arrival and they were very responsive. They also helped us set up an airport ride in the morning.

I was at first thrilled with the visuals, as the pictures on Expedia don't do it justice. But I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 beds. One bed was obviously very well used. The other one was impossible to sleep on. So don't pay these people for 2 beds no matter what you do. Then there was the non stop flow of mosquitos through the AC to eat us all night long. Then when I was told that it was no problem to NOT pay their self created gratuity of 100 euros, and chose not to. The girl with the orange hair at the front desk purposely made both of my credit cards get denied. When both cards had in excess of $10,000 credit on them. Presumably just to embarrass me. Then my daughter had to pay the $340 extra for meals and other money that was wasted on this place. Plus it's WAY far away from ANYTHING interesting. And the " Free Shuttle Service" that they offer was always mysteriously booked full. So anytime we wanted to get anywhere, we had to walk down an extremely narrow lane that was walled off on both sides 4 feet high, so if a car racing past happened to miscalculate the distance, then you would be at least seriously injured. Walk 20 minutes to a bus stop, and another 40 minuts on the bus. So add an hour of travel between the hotel and Florence both ways. Unless you have a car. I'm 58, and have never stayed anywhere so completely unacceptable! Stay AWAY!!
