The Location is perfect with direct access to JR Shikensen and other subway. The staff in the hotel will do what ever is possible to make your stay comfortable. Like everything in Japan the Room are Clean, no noise a plus in such big city.

客室はかなり古いが、ベッドは快適。 スタッフはとても親切。 しかし朝食が良くない。ドトールのチケットで、金額的に普通に買っても変わらないと思うし、むしろ選択肢が狭まるので不要かと。 駅から横浜アリーナへの通り道だから公演前後は周辺がかなり混雑する。

この度はクルマで行ったのですが、駅から近く文句なしの立地にあります。横浜アリーナでイベントがあれば予約困難になるのでしょうが、お盆休みだったからか、タイミングよく直前の予約でリーズナブルに宿泊することができたようです。 部屋は良い意味で昔のままでもメンテナンスがされていて、清潔感があって大きな支障はなく、寝具も良く快適でした。 そろそろ、バリアフリー化などの改装が望まれるところかと思います。
