22-26/01/2024 tarihlerinde ailemle birlikte Dündar termal otelde tatil yaptık. Aile kaplıca tatili için çok iyi bir otel, biz çok memnun kaldık. Kısmetse seneye gene gelmeyi düşünüyoruz, arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye ederim.

İnternet üzerinden satın alırken tamamen kişi sayısı şartlarına uygun oda seçimi yaptık. 1 oda satın aldık ve her odada 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk kalabileceğine dair net ifadeleri göre göre bilinçli bir şekilde işlem yaptık. Hem Hotels.com'un sayfasında hem de tesisin kendi internet sayfasında bizim satın aldığımız odada 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk kalabileceğine dair ifadeler var. Ama tesise gittiğimizde bizim yanlış beyanda bulunduğumuzu, kişi sayısını doğru bildirmeden oda aldığımızı söylediler ve bizi kişi sayısı uygun değil diye daha büyük odalara yerleştirdiler. Israrla biz küçük odalarda kalabileceğimizi söylediğimiz halde bizi 6 kişinin kalabileceği odalara yerleştirdiler. Ama fiyat farkı almadılar. Yani bir anlamda bize iyilik ettiler. Ama sanki biz kasıtlı olarak kişi sayısını düşük gösterip oda almışız gibi bir konuma düştük. Halbuki biz aldığımız odanın standartlarını çok iyi bilerek ona göre satın alma işlemi yaptık. Satın aldığımız odalarda 2 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk kalacaktı. Odanın standartlarının buna uygun olduğu tesisin kendi sayfasında da açık açık yazıyor. En son bunun bizden kaynaklı olmadığını acentadan kaynaklandığını söylediler ve biz size jest yapıyoruz dediler. Bence acenta bize doğru bilgilerle oda sattı. Çünkü tesisin kendi sitesinde de aynı bilgiler yazıyordu. Ama neden bizi ısrarla 6 kişilik odalara yerleştirdiler anlamadım. Bizim büyük oda gibi bir talebimiz olmadı. Çünkü kişi sayısını kesinlikle doğru girdik ve aldığımız odalar bize yetiyordu.

Nous avons été très dessus de cette hôtel dès l'accueil personnelles désagréables lieux le cadre les équipements et la propreté étaient très en dessous de la note attribuée on a quitté les lieux 15 min après notre arrivée et heureusement pour nous qu'on a trouvé un hôtel proche très agréable où on a pu passer la nuit

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA - THEY OVERCHARGE BY 50% COMPARED TO THE RATES ON THEIR WEBSITE. The villas are great and reflect the description... Cleanliness was ok but didn't strike me as amazing... I had doubts for some areas.
