It is a beautiful building and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool area is very well maintained and comfortable. The water pressure is excellent and staff are very friendly and if you want to be sure something gets done fast and well then ask valentina who is very efficient.
The breakfast experience is underwhelming. The kitchen is clearly understaffed at breakfast peak hours which creates waiting times in excess of 30 minutes despite the more than sufficient number of waiters because it is all a-la-carte. The entire island is quite expensive (think: more then paris or amsterdam), but this hotel takes it a step further: if you booked breakfast included, then you are allowed to choose 1 dish and you get 1 cup of coffee and 1 glas of juice. If you want an additional dish, just some extra toast or even just a second latte/capucino, you will be charged for it. I think that is a bit sad.
