The full view of Mt. Fuji is very important!

The staff is nice and helpful. Email responds are quick. Room cleaning is good. Shopping and dinning are conveniently. However, parking is not on the same building. Microwave and laundry are on the ground floor only. The view of Mt. Fuji is not fully seen because part of it is blocked by the opposite building. Therefore it is not guaranteed which is the most disappointed.

I didn’t not appreciate one of the front desk staff told me that I don’t have the reservation. Another person found it, but the lady didn’t apologize. At her staff was fine. The attitude of Japanese people was unusual.

直前の予約でしたがユニバーサルルームの隣室でした。廊下が緩やかな傾斜で車椅子が置かれていたのでわかりました。そのせいか普段使用されない部屋だったようでバスルームの掃除がイマイチ、髪の毛がバスタブに数本落ちていました。今後泊まるかわかりませんが改善されることを希望します。

服務態度十分好，就在靜岡駅旁，坐車返東京或去靜岡機場都十分方便，樓下就有Lawson和Family mart ，在車站旁食嘢和購物更不用擔心。
