Could not check in early,so we found something to do then tried to check in at 7pm and was told my reservation was cancelled or my room was given away I ended up getting a single bed instead of two beds or how they had it advertised as two bedroom and the room we got was dirty and run down the heater didn't work so they had a cheap Walmart plug in heater that only blew cold air so we froze all night

Paid for 2 nights didnt make it the first night got there on what supposed to be my 2nd night and owner told me she canceled for not showing up the first night but yet she refuses to refund at least one night since she.also got my room sold to another guess stay away from this.place

Dirty, first room toilet did work, second room smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room. When I arrived 5 police cars were there, I asked if I’m gonna be safe here. Several homeless hanging around, and I’m pretty sure there are prostitution going on at this facility.

Two bulbs were out in bathroom, no toilet paper very very hard pillows. In a very, very horrible mattress. I woke up in so much pain today, but the lady that checked me in at night was really nice.

The Dragon at the Gates

At check in I was cross-examined by an older gentleman who seemed not too glad to see me. I had already paid the room rate, a rate he seemed unpleasantly surprised with. It took nearly half an hour to check in. But the room itself was charming and comfortable.

Refrain from booking this property . I stayed a night there and they don’t have a lot of bed bugs ! I had another reservation for 3 more nights and I have to cancel it because I could not sleep because of the bed bugs ! They are refusing the refund too !! The area is completely unsafe

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but it was just horrible. The furniture had nothing but dings and chips all over it. The drapery smelled. The pool was half under some sort of construction but not the kind where they're actually making progress. There were what looked like bullet holes in the wall and there definitely was a prostitute hanging around the property. Just trying to remove the nightmare from my head.

This place does not honor the expedia room reservations so the property or expedia takes your money but you dont get a room. Talked to an agent afterwards about my situation but all that kead to was to booking another room and not getting a refund for this place. Overall it was a terrible experience.
