Hotel Grand Chancellor has become my home away from home. I travel extensively for work and never think twice when it comes to my accomodation in Auckland. The staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful, friendly and accomodating. This was my longest stay, full week. The restaurant has great food and the team very hospitable. The gym is also very convenient and adequately equiped. The views from the rooms are wonderful. I highly recommend!

The deluxe room was very appealing with a harbour view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The coffee machine (pod) meant that we allowed us to enjoy excellent coffee and the welcome drink was a wonderful touch. It was in a great location and very close to the train station that will open later this year.
