The beachfront access is incredible and we were so well taken care of in this aspect. What went wrong on the trip was lack of hot water on the 4th floor for the majority of our trip and a WiFi outage that turned the hotel cash only. These were 2 big inconveniences. But the staff did the best to help and were very friendly.

Really good location — super close to shopping and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made check-in and any questions a breeze. The only downside was the parking situation. There were only four spots available for the hotel, and they were always taken. Thankfully, valet parking was available and made things a lot easier. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!
