ㄧ切都很好，但有兩點建議，ㄧ是若客人提早入住至少要讓來客可以進入到luggage locker區域內略作休息至規定的時間按密碼才進入房間，且luggage locker區域應設置廁所（WC)，不能讓客人站在旅館前面風吹日曬雨淋而苦等無處去；二則是房間內空調設施不好控制，（不管是溫度或風量）導至本人4/27晚上整晚吹風而受寒（因為眠被很暖，室溫調太高會踢被，調太低又久降不下來），僅此建議！現本人略有感冒跡象，剛開始喉嚨癢現已發展成有痰，ㄧ受風就喉嚨不舒服，且開始有留鼻水現象

I met the manager when I arrived. He is very nice, introduced the detail of the equipment and gave me some snacks & drinks. The room is new & clean, the space is big enough even you keep opened your luggage. The design is good, you can find more than what you need in the room. About 10-15mins walk to the train station / get something to eat.

Easy and smooth digital check in/out

Stayed for 3 nites .Glad that we chose Numa instead of hotels near train station, it’s new, clean , quiet and comfy. Abt 12 minutes walk to train station or 3 minutes drive. The digital check in and check out saved a lot of time There are nice restaurants in the proximity and we had a delicious Thai dinner after a trip to Kongisee. For those who don’t mind to walk a little bit , Numa is def worth staying

Nice hotel but no onsite personnel

Hotel was a bit odd as it was not manned - there was no reception desk. Room number and code to get in the hotel were texted to me. Not sure what would have happened if something wasn’t working or I needed something during my stay. Luckily I didn’t need to find out. Other than that the room was nice size and clean.

Air conditioning and comfortable beds but problems

Firstly, there is bike storage in a lockable bike shed inside the underground garage. I have no idea why they could not answer this question despite it being asked several times. No surprise that we were the only two bikes stored in the garage. Secondly, I find it rude and incomprehensible that we are told there is work going on in the ground floor after we have paid and no longer refundable. This work has clearly been going on for quite a while and furthermore, work was going on way past midnight and kept us awake with banging going for the three nights we were there. At first we thought it was a noisy guest upstairs but the thuds were in groups of four and it was loud. It kept us awake. The rooms were fine if a little cramped but other than that and the multiple times you need to remember your four digit code to enter the lift, room, entrance, washing room etc., it was well equipped and well designed, one quilt and two pillows each. ok storage if you do t have large suitcases.

NUMA is a budget friendly hotel that la ks all personal assistance from hotel staff. People frequently sat on the steps right inside the entry door, which we used our code to get in each time. Our code worked for the room door, too. This property has AC and an ele ator which was grest. It is nesr Billa grocery stor and Fuxm restaurant is across the street.

Clear communication and nice, modern room great for single travelers at an affordable price. Not in the city centre or near many food spots, but an easy 15-minute walk from the main train station. Highly recommend the one nearby restaurant Fuxn for an outdoor lunch or dinner. Lockers were free, big, and great after checking out. There was construction while we were staying there, which meant less open, social space, but that didn’t impact our friends’ trip.
