The steal from you. They were supposed to charge forty six cents for the light usage and i have a charge i am disputing now of forty dollar, liers. I took an image of the light meter before and after i sent to my bank. the room was not ready for an hour after check in time, the washer had someone's clothes in it.

ARNAQUE. Notre hôte nous a envoyé un message le jour J alors qu'on avait réservé 6 mois avant pour dire qu'il y avait une erreur sur le prix. J'étais surpris quand a 21h on me dit que j'aurai pas accès à mon logement cette nuit si je ne règle pas 100€ de plus sur un site inconnu. Une fois refusé, on me dit "ok" mais je passe demain pour que vous régliez des frais d'électricité... Après mon second refus, on me donne le numéro de la chambre. J'ai finalement réservé dans un autre hôtel par peur de me faire racketter le lendemain.

The property has potencial but no one came to fix a bed that was broken in one room so I was unable to use one of the rooms, the washing machine was filthy and the cleaning lady said was not her job, and the couches dusty, my sister had an allergic reaction, the pool was green and not one person in this property or Expedia took responsibility and gave me a refund at least a partial refund. Expedia cleaned their hands by stating that they have to wait for the owner to respond and the owner dared send me an electricity bill which I hope Expedia will cover since they take no responsibility other than offer 100 points from a value of more than $1,000 booking. This took place the week of June 5th and still nothing is resolved.

This property does have potential, but unfortunately, my family and I had a very stressful and disappointing experience. Before check-in, I was informed that a deposit would be held, which I was fine with. However, I was repeatedly asked to enter my credit card information into an invoice that showed the full amount—not just the deposit. After going back and forth, we finally agreed I’d handle it in person. In the end, they didn’t charge the deposit, which I appreciated, but the process was far more stressful than it needed to be. When we arrived, we encountered several issues: • The patio doors wouldn’t lock • The mini pool (piscicuzzi) was dirty • Towels provided were not clean Communication was inconsistent, and I found myself having to reach out to two different contacts to address these issues. It took days for things to get resolved, and I spent too much of my vacation waiting around for someone to show up. The worst part was the apartment flooding during the last three days of our stay. I had to mop several times a day just so we could walk without stepping in water. My kids slipped more than once, and we had to elevate all of our belongings to keep them from being damaged overnight. Maintenance came out the first two days, but despite being told a plumber would be sent, no one ever showed up. To top it off, despite all of this, Expedia has been unable to secure a refund on our behalf. I would not recommend this property based on our experience!

The appartments are new, however, nothing was working! There was a safe which hadn't been installed and when asked to install, it still wasn’t done properly. The AC isn't cold enough and just doesn’t work properly. There is a rancid smell in the building, which didn't seem to go away during our entire stay. Be careful, as they charge you for electricity use, which was extortionate! The bed frame broke a couple of days in, so we had no use of the bed for the day! The rooms are not cleaned unless you request it for an additional charge. The cutlery was dirty and stained, the small pool on our balcony was also dirty. They took money out of our deposit for a "stain" on the bed, claiming it was our fault, which is funny, as we took photos of EVERYTHING before our departure, including the bed and there was no stain! They are scammers, will do anything for money! There are so many wonderful hotels in the area, I'd advise paying a little extra for peace of mind - this place was not worth the money or hassle. There will be 20 of us going back to DR next year and we were hoping to stay here, but we wouldn’t dare, even if the price was halved!!! Can *Definitely* say we won't ever be booking Beach Homes Punta Cana!!

Nicely kept, secure property in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. We had trouble finding the free beach club and the only instructions we kept getting were "yes, down on the beach to the right". We ended up taking pictures to show the office staff, this helped them communicate which one was ours. Once we found it, it was lovely :) We had a unit with a roof top pool which was not clean/usable on arrival. It took 3 days of daily cleaning/service before the pool was usable. There was very little furniture on the rooftop patio with missing cushions, and no shade of any kind which made it unusable in the afternoon. The partial ocean view was very partial.... Bedrooms were nice and clean, beds very comfortable. We did not need to use a/c much, just kept the curtains drawn during the day when out and left the windows/patio doors open in the evening to enjoy the caribbean breeze. Water pressure was quite finicky, but after a few days of playing with the taps we figured out how to get the showers to stay on- we left a faucet on with a tiny trickle of water and then turned on the shower. If we did not do this, the shower water would stop completely after about 2 minutes and take 5 minutes to come back. Microwave was broken and never got replaced despite multiple asks. Lots of free bottled water. Was it perfect? No, but the staff were friendly, the unit was modern, clean & secure, and hey- its 5 minutes to an amazing beach. What more could you ask for :)

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Place is not bad but we were not aware that they charge electricity, the depos it 300 and seems like they try the most to keep all of it. They charged us for a dirty stain mattress cover and a duvet that was already liked that when we arrived, half of toilet paper roll is all we got when we got there, there is construcción right next door so it’s loud most of the day! Takes forever for hot water to kick in as well! Place is not bad but who owns or runs this seems money hungry! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Warning – hidden charges and no answers! Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this apartment. After our stay, unexpected charges were deducted from our account without any clear explanation, and to this day, no one has responded to our last message. We still have no idea what we were charged for, and even worse – we were suddenly asked to pay over 150 EUR for electricity for less than a week. We are aware that electricity costs in the Dominican Republic are high, but there was no transparency in the booking or during the stay to explain how this amount was calculated – especially since we were barely at home during the day. Additionally, $120 was deducted from our deposit with no breakdown or communication about why. Repeated questions went unanswered. And that’s not all. What were dismissed as “minor inconveniences” actually impacted our stay significantly: • All bed linens and towels smelled heavily of chemicals and were still in their original packaging. We had to wash them ourselves. • The entire kitchen setup was dusty and unusable, and we had to clean every single item before using it. • No support for reported issues: When we reported a problem with the water pump, we received no response, so we had to deal with everything ourselves. • The TV was not set up and couldn’t be used at all. • Massive construction noise from the building itself, sometimes after 10 PM, made it impossible to relax – especially in the shared pool area and even on our own balcony with a p
