No staff at Vision Apartments, which puts you at a loss in case of a problem.
Impossible to book the onsite parking in advance if you use rent-a-car.
Experienced difficult and slow contact with custoner care.
Impossible and absurd access to the underground parking. There were no clear information about the restrictions there /which we got just after we paid for it/ and no clear instructions for accessing the parking and all cars had a problem.
The second day we were blocked together with 2 other cars and their owners in the underground parking without the possibility to go out because the lift for the cars didn't function and Vision apartments customer care and the lift technician didn't help. So we had to leave our car and use and pay for Uber, travelling around Lugano all day. In the evening we could get our car and being afraid to leave it in the underground parking again, we left it at a different parking. Despite the fact that we paid for 2 days in the Vision Apartments underground parking, we used it only for 1 day, which made us incur additional expenses for Uber and another parking.
The apartment itself is actually a small room /nicely designed/ with a kitchenette and a small bathroom.
But there is no space to leave your suitcase, no bedside table, no hangers in the bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom and we had to leave all our toiletries on the bathroom floor.
Overall - design that catches the eye, but leaves you completely uncomfortable.
Location is excellent.
