1) The design is terrible (per my taste), even the poor pictures hanging on the walls gang not vertically. Lia, an art collector who's name this hotel is named after, would be offended. 2) They don't allow to leave luggage in a store room after checking out! I had to go from there to Cinque Terre. What can one do there with a suitcase?! Scandalous.

The hotel is good if you want to stay for 1-2 nights and don't require a high level of luxury (extreme cleanliness or state-of-the-art facilities). We stayed for 4 nights and didn't feel 100% secure because our balcony was separated from the neighbour's balcony by a glass wall, which was broken. So the neighbor could easily crawl into our balcony. The cleaning was okay, but they forgot to refill the toilet paper and didn't lock the room after cleaning. The room also smelled strongly of cleaning products. The windows are drafty, so you could hear everything from outside. The promised city view is not a city view, but a view of a construction site and a building. The good thing was that there were cafés and shopping facilities nearby. There was also an unofficial parking lot that residents use (white zone), which was free.

L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione e la camere era confortevole, quindi sotto questo aspetto nulla da dire. Purtroppo però l’esperienza con la gestione non è stata positiva: la prenotazione prevedeva il pagamento in struttura, ma siamo stati contattati una settimana prima e ci è stato chiesto di pagare anticipatamente, con la minaccia di cancellazione. Inoltre, la comunicazione telefonica è stata piuttosto scortese. Un peccato, perché la struttura in sé meriterebbe di più.
