Staff was courteous and helpful. Only positive thing we can say about our stay.
Bathroom was filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked into the bathroom. Made us wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. For example, we were concerned that the bed linen may not have been clean.
We stayed 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned after the first night even though we put the please clean this room sign on the door handle in the hall.
We will not be staying in this hotel ever again. Shame, too, because we have a number of family members who live in Birmingham, and we will need a place to stay 3 or 4 times per year.
