Room was clean. Exhaust fan in restroom was non-functioning. 1/2 pillows was weird. I and my suite mate wouldve preferred full sized pillows. Key cards were hard to work with (toof 5 to 10 times to get them to function correctly and unlock the door.
Understaffed: there is a bar in the lobby that would've been great, except that there was no bartender. The front desk employee was also the"bartender", and also the maintenance staff. Woefully understaffed.
Overall, the room was clean, and the front desk clerk was helpful, but could've used some help. She did a great job filling multiple roles, but the hotel is definitely sacrificing service for staffing dollars. If stay again, but would hope the staffing shortage and non- working bathroom exhaust fan was functional.
