I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Pandora! Great central location, easy walking distance to everything. Very safe and secure. Very peaceful and relaxing room! Incredibly comfortable bed! I slept so well. The staff here was very helpful and kind. Impressive luxurious rooms. Very satisfied with the breakfast, it was the perfect start to the day! We enjoyed the eggs, fruit, pastries. Variety of juices and coffee as well as cheeses and meats which we didn't try but it all looked very good.

When we arrived we were a little scared since the outside of the property looks very old and kind of sketchy, keep in mind this was our first time in Napoli. As soon as we went up the elevator ( btw a very cool one, over 100 years old) we were greeted by Alicia, she was very sweet and helpful. Since the entrance of the hotel to the room is beautiful and clean, the bedroom was very specious, we were very surprised. Also the breaks the next morning was delicious and the cleaning lady who also served us our drinks for the buffer breakfast was lovely. I recommend this place!

Great hotel, although big, only has a handful of rooms which adds to the personal touch from the staff. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. Room is really big and the balcony view is on the Piazza. A lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. It is noisy as there are a lot of people in the area at all times of the day and night, but they do supply earbuds to compensate. Bathroom is really clean and new. Bed is also comfortable. Recommend 10/10 as long as you are ok with noisy neighborhood.

Fantastic B&B, lovely breakfast layout. Room was lovely and clean and we had a great view of the square. Loads of food places and bars within 5 minutes of the B&B. Would recommend Tandem restaurant for great pizza and pasta, and Oak Bar if you want something which is not Peroni.

This is an unassuming but very celarefully curated and beautiful space. We stayed only one night but the staff made us feel very welcomed to the place. This is definitely more of a BnB vibe, but is right in the center of Napoli and walkable everywhere. Much recommended!!

Great location very comfortable room and delicious breakfast, staff was very friendly. A little confusing on arrival finding where the hotel was exactly and how to get into the building. The only signage is on the call button, there is a very small door into the courtyard of the building and the hotel is located on the 4th floor.

If you can find the hotel entrance, you're halfway

The interior of the hotel was not bad, but I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I can't understand it. There is no sign indicating the hotel entrance anywhere. If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find the entrance, and I regret that they didn't mention the parking lot.
