Helt iskallt i restaurangen. Täta fönstren! För mycket folk i restaurangen vid frukost mot vad de klarar att ta hand om. Sätt upp skyltar att man inte ska återvända tallrikar, folk med helt kladdiga tallrikar som skrapar av med uppläggningsbestick i de kladdiga tallrikarna. Allt medan personalen står och tittar på. Spa-avdelningen var väldigt liten och kändes inte som ett Spa. Men det sämsta var att om man skulle beställa något att dricka så var man tvungen att gå, och då hade jag handduk, med bar överkropp upp i lobbyn med en massa andra gäster klädda i vinterkläder. Under all kritik.
