My room was excellent in terms of cleanliness. I had the best sleep ever, as the hotel is very quiet. The TV worked for the first few days and then seemed to get a wee bit cranky with the internet. The hotel is very basic, but fine for the three nights I stayed. The staff are very, very helpful and courteous. It's a very old building, and needs some work, but if they do that and keep their staff, I'd give it a higher rating.

The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. Checked in and checked out were smooth. However, the amenities such as: smoke detector triggered without reason and it needed to be removed by force. TV couldn’t be turned on after switched off. The room is too dark due to insufficient lighting.

La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais propre. On a demandé un service de réception de colis et ils ont refusé. Nous avons été à la piscine et au restaurant. La nourriture était bonne mais il n’y avait aucune bière de microbrasserie en fût. Nous avons dormi 3 nuits et la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyé. Nous avons été porter nous-même nos ordures et demander des cups pour le café. Dans l’ensemble c’était facile de nous rendre à nos activités. Ce serait bien d’avoir une borne sur place.

The price was reasonable and wasn’t expecting anything fancy but were expecting the basics. Unfortunately, didn’t provide some of them. When we entered our room we noticed a musty smell. When we turned on the tv we were surprised to find we had no local, Canadian or USA channels. There were very few channels, which included multiples. The room was very dark. The 2 lamps in the room provided very little light. The bathroom did not have a fan and the shampoo bottle on the shower wall was empty and no other shampoo provided. The ice machine in the hall was not working and the stairway carpet was filthy. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. We could see the hotel was under renovations, however that doesn’t justify it’s shortcomings. Better to spend a few dollars more

Nothing. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. First, it changed hotel brands to a Radisson and was not notified by either Expedia or hotel(not ok) 2. Room dirty and no bed cover 3. No connectivity to Internet in room and TV DID NOT CONNECT EITHER. 5. Grounds mot maintained. 5. One single lamp in room so can’t read. Very POOR MAINTENANCE AND OVERSIGHT. HOTEL AND EXPEDIA SHOULD REIMBURSE me 50% of overnight room cost.

As many reviews state. This is an older building and it does show, but not an issue with me. Filipino restaurant with Canadian food on site was reasonably priced.
