Check in was very good however the room was not good. Bedding, towels and bathroom was clean but sadly the room smelt damp, the curtains were broken, wall paper was peeling off the wall, lamp shades were broken, there were damp areas. The room was nice (we upgraded for £10 per night to a super king bed) but we had very little milk and when we asked for more they were a bit reluctant to give more than 4 milk pods (2needed per cup of tea/coffee). When we arrived we were informed that to park in the hotel car park would cost us £9 per day - so we had no option really but to pay. Also if we wanted air conditioning- the room was hot - we would again have to pay £10 per day. If you hadn’t brought your own towels you were not allowed to take the hotel towels to the swimming pool and again had the option to buy for £10 a towel for that purpose. No if I’m honest would not stay there again.
