Pas de façade d'hôtel, il faut entrer dans un couloir, monter un escalier avant de trouver l'accueil dans une salle étroite. La saleté des les premières marches d'escaliers fait peur. La porte de la chambre était entrouverte ! Le lit était bien présenté et neuf : l'emballage (plastique et carton) était encore en place sur le sommier !! IL N'Y A PAS DE TOILETTES DANS LA CHAMBRE mais au demi-étage (très sales). La chambre était plutôt sale, le rideau de douche douteux et collant à la peau, le rideau occultant la lumière ne l'était pas. Pourquoi avoir mis 2 étagères au dessus du lavabo aussi hautes et donc inaccessibles ? Les cintres sont parvenus à abimer 2 de mes pulls en laine. Le personnel est par contre très gentil.

Gostei do atendimento da recepção.Existe um vazamento no banheiro, tivemos que enxugar o quarto toda vez que tomamos banho. Existe um apoio para celular logo a cima da cabeceira, causando desconforto e pedindo atenção ao se levantar pra evitar acidentes.

Extremely unsanitary, felt like I was staying at a prison. The room had stains that made me itch, you could hear all the sounds from the hallway, the tv didn’t work, I refused to even use the shower because of the weird smells coming from it. I definately do not think what I paid for was what I got and will never be staying here again.

I Have the most terrible stay since I have been in a hôtel around the world. I was at bed when socket fall on my face . I report to the réceptionnist . He just fix it temporally according to him . I have send picture of the socket moving out of the wall to HOTEL.Com agent

I cannot recommend this property. Not worth the payment for 3 star. **Issues Encountered:** - No lift. - The shower and toilet facilities were not clean. - The toilet door handle and light were not functioning; I reported this issue, but no action was taken. - The television was not working. - Additionally, chocolates for present that were left in the room 14 pieces were gone missing. -City tax was confusingly overcharged with incorrect change. The only positive aspect of our stay was the location.

This hotel provided what I sought: a basiic, clean room at minimal cost in a convenient location. Not much furniture besides a bed, unreliable lighting that went off wvery few minutes but always came on again, , no light in the bathroom, no air-conditioning, fifth-floor (US) walk up, but perfectly okay. I would go there again.

Un rapport qualité prix. La situation de l'hotel est très bien dans un quartier sympa. La literie est bonne. Après pour le reste c'est toilettes sur le palier et vieux immeubles. Par contre c'est très silencieux.
