While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here after a long journey (24 hours in transit) and were relieved to have such a quiet and clean hotel room for our first night in Romania. Not a big hotel in an excellent location, walking distance to all the important places. A clean and quiet hotel with a restaurant and a rich and delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff is not so cheerful and does not try to help. For those who value a central place to stay, this is the most suitable hotel.

Nice hotel well situated and issues to improve

The people atbthe hotel were vey helpful withe the car park although they were full. Breakfast was good. The room had the right size. Through the mattress you could feel the wiring and ony having a top sheet instead of a summer duvet, for me was insuficient. What I liked the least was the water heater in the shower, no water pressure and jumps of heat. The towels were awful.
